PC (windows 10) Window mode Tutorial Issue

During the tutorial, its possible for the asset menu to be dropped below the window mode screen. This make it completely inaccessible. Even after hiding the task bar to try and get the window back, you can see the assets, but you cannot get to the window back up. Had to close the program and start it back up again.
