Hero forge same named characters

Did a video but overall my daughter made an update to her Hero Forge character and purchased via another digital credit. She however kept the same name and therefore although in Hero Forge display you can see the difference in character but when you drag it onto the map it is using the old character feature which I presume is based on some sort of residue of the namespace as opposed to a unique identifier being within a location. https://photos.app.goo.gl/eraGDPCzVtUWx2MM7

    @David  please try deleting the HF mini from your library and downloading again. To do this, from your library tap on the mini so the large preview displays. Then click Delete From Disk. After that tap the blue arrow to re-download.  Let us know if this doesn't resolve the issue. Thanks

    @Brad Ellis  unfortunately I have tried this and has not seemed to resolve the issue the only thing I can think that may have caused this is buying both files at the same time as one transaction

    @David  are both the minis named the same by chance?

    @Brad Ellis  actually yes I never named them so there Both called hero and the order number is the same if that’s any relevance
